The death-defying, time-travelling, hard-rocking duo Bill & Ted are coming to theatres near you, but fans, you have got to be a little more patient. It has been 29 years since the 1991’s Bill & Ted’s Bogus Journey premiered, this year the film is making a comeback with the title— Bill & Ted Face the Music.
The character of Bill as always will be played by Alex Winter and Ted by Keanu Reeves. According to the latest update on the film, it is said to offer a new image of the titular characters and their kids. The 1991 sequel Bill & Ted’s Bogus Journey last saw them facing evil android doubles of themselves sent from the future.

The film was scheduled to release on August 14, but due to you know what and why the film’s release date has been pushed further by a few days. Although it was also a smart move to stray from its competitor- Christopher Nolan’s Tenet, the film got pushed back by two weeks.
The new release date of Bill & Ted Face The Music is August 28, 2020, and we hope that it does not get delayed further.

When a visitor from the future tells Bill & Ted that one of their songs has the potential to save the world, and bring harmony to the universe, the duo finds themselves in a time-travelling adventure. The two would-be rockers from California find themselves as middle-aged dads still stying to crack it up with a hit song to fulfil their destiny.
It follows their epic journey of time travelling and finding…or rather stealing the song that unites the world, from…er…their future selves.
