Based on the New York Times bestselling book of the same name, written by Tom Wheeler and illustrated by Frank Miller, Cursed season 1 is an upcoming American drama web series on Netflix. The show has three very talented directors, Jon East, Zetna Fuentes, and Daniel Netthiem, and is all geared up for its upcoming premiere.

Cursed season 1 serves as Katherine Langford’s first scripted series since her two-season arc on 13 Reasons Why. Katherine Langford leads the cast as Nimue and Sebastian Armesto as King Uther Pendragon. Other key characters include Merlin and Arthur, who will be played by Gustaf Skarsgård and Devon Terrell, respectively. The show also stars Matt Stokoe as Gawain the Green Knight, Shalom Brune-Franklin as Sister Igraine, Daniel Sharman as the Weeping Monk, Peter Mullan as Father Carden and Emily Coates as Sister Iris.
What To Expect from Cursed?
Cursed season 1 is told through the eyes of Nimue, a rebellious young teenager whose fate intertwines with Aurthur and who is fated to become the powerful and tragic Lady of the Lake. After the death of her mother, Nimue takes the help of Arthur on her quest to deliver an ancient and powerful sword to Merlin the Wizard. Watch how Nimue will become a symbol of courage and rebellion against the terrifying Red Paladins, and their complicit King Uther.

If the trailer is any indication, fans have an action-packed adventure complete with deep characters, conflicts, and, of course, plenty of magic in store for them.
